Thanks, Stephen M Hrutka Principal Consultant www.hruckus.com Executive Summary: HRUCKUS is looking for an experienced Lead Software Engineer to mentor junior and mid-level engineers, build proofs of concept for one-of-a-kind capabilities, and contribute to all levels of the system architecture. Position Description: This role involves leading software development efforts, performing code reviews, developing system-level designs that integrate COTS/GOTS systems, and driving process improvements in Agile and DevSecOps practices. Position Responsibilities: • Mentoring and leading junior and mid-level engineers to build proofs of concept for one-of-a-kind capabilities. • Performing peer testing and code review. • Troubleshooting and debugging issues. • Contributing to all levels of the architecture. • Maintaining key system technical documentation. • Developing a familiarity with new tools and best practices. • Identifying opportunities for process improvement and further implementation of best practices in software development, unit testing, agile scrum, and DevSecOps. • Collaborating with your team to author technical reports and demonstrate capabilities to both internal and external stakeholders.
