This role is critical in ensuring seamless operations while driving modernization initiatives across the organization Key Responsibilities • Technical Strategy Leadership: Define and execute strategies across modern (Java/Angular) and legacy (PowerBuilder) platforms • Legacy Application Maintenance: Troubleshoot, fix bugs/defects, and add new functionality to PowerBuilder application • Migration Stability: Guarantee the stability of PowerBuilder applications throughout the migration lifecycl • Functional Specification Translation: Convert legacy source code into clear functional specifications for new system developmen • Unified Architecture Enforcement: Establish and enforce consistent architectures, processes, and standards across team Qualifications • Strong experience with Java, Angular, and PowerBuilde • Proven ability to manage both legacy systems and modern application developmen • Expertise in system migration, functional specification writing, and architecture governanc • Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to lead cross-functional team
